Real workflows, bounded evidence

Different AI use cases. One company control model.

Talon is not another agent framework. It applies a shared company policy to supported provider and action paths, then records decisions that operators can verify. Explore the coding, support, People Analytics and procurement applications for these controls—and see precisely where Talon's responsibility ends.

4 governed AI use cases
coding agents → budgets + action boundaries
customer support → data handling + tool rules
people analytics → allowed HR aggregates
contract review → confidential egress

Document workflows with spending limits

The existing n8n quarterly-document workflow demonstrates a different failure mode: as an agent-scoped session approaches its estimate-based budget cap, Talon prevents the next model request and the application preserves already completed summaries. This is a supporting cost-control proof, not an independent top-level product or a guarantee against one-request overspend.

What they share

One policy foundation; use-case-specific effective controls.

Authenticate the use case, resolve company policy and its constrained overrides, enforce only at supported boundaries, and inspect request/session/operation evidence where available. Talon does not own the business workflow, execute the external agent loop, or observe direct calls that bypass interception.
